The Premia
Academy Hosts Investiture Ceremony 2025–26, Installs New Student Leadership
Council
Bring in Young Voices, give them Big Responsibilities, and teach them to
Lead with Integrity
The Premia
Academy, a progressive institution committed to nurturing resilience,
responsibility, and a deep sense of care in every learner, hosted its Investiture Ceremony,
where it announced the appointment of the new student leadership council
for the academic year 2025-26 where 30 student leaders were entrusted
with key responsibilities, including School Pupil Leader (SPL), Assistant
SPL, Sports Captain, Vice-Captain, Ministers, House Captains, and Junior
Prefects. Each student received their badge and sash with honour,
symbolizing not just a title but a commitment to serve their peers and uphold
the institution's values.
The ceremony was graced by Ms.
Mala Mary Martina, Founder of I Love Mondays and an organization
dedicated to providing career guidance for students in Grade 11 and
12, who served as the Chief Guest, inspiring everyone with her
insights on purposeful career choices and discovering passions beyond
conventional paths. Ms. Sindhuri Reddy, Founder and Managing Director of
The Premia Academy, Principal Tripti
Rao, and other members of the founding team were also present at the
investiture ceremony.
Leadership skills
cultivated at the school lay the foundation for lifelong character, resilience,
and vision. Through this experience, students are not only learning how to
lead, but also how to listen, collaborate, and inspire. To receive their badges
and sashes in the presence of their parents made the occasion even more meaningful.
It was a moment of pride, gratitude, and reflection for both students and
families, as these young changemakers took their first official step toward
leading with purpose and heart.
On the
occasion, Ms. Sindhuri Reddy, the founder and managing director of Premia
Academy, said, “Leadership, to us, begins long before a title is
given. It is about fostering curiosity, building emotional intelligence, and
encouraging responsibility from within. Watching our students wear their sashes
today was more than symbolic—it was a reflection of the vision we hold for
every child to become a change-maker in the world they will inherit.”
Adding to this, Ms. Trupti Rao,
Principal, The Premia Academy, said, "The Investiture Ceremony is one
of the most meaningful milestones in a student’s journey. It marks a
transition—not just into a role, but into a deeper sense of self-belief,
responsibility, and service. We are
proud of our young leaders and the values they carry forward with them.”
