Anvayaa celebrates Six years of Care and Companionship for Elders

 Unveils aggressive expansion plan to reach 25+ Tier-I cities and serve 1,00,000 families by 2025


Hyderabad: 10th May 2022: Anvayaa, India’s first and only IoT and AI tech-based personalized elderly care platform successfully completed a milestone of 6 years of its journey in providing care and compassion to senior citizens. Anvayaa is presently providing a range of eldercare services ranging from health and emergency care, companionship and emotional care, logistics support, travel, and legal assistance through a network of over 250 partners to 6000+ members across 7 cities in India. Anvayaa has the most innovative technology platform in the country in the eldercare space for efficient care and predictable service for senior citizens and has won many national and international recognitions. Mr. S K Joshi, IAS - Former Chief Secretary, Govt of Telangana along with Mr. Shakti Sagar (Advisory Board of Anvayaa), Mr. Prashanth Reddy, Founder and Managing Director, Mrs. Deepika Reddy, Director, Anvayaa Kin Care Pvt Ltd and the team of Anvayaa gathered to celebrate the milestone and chart the way forward for the organization.


At the 6th Anniversary Celebrations, the long-serving employees and the best performing Care Managers and Care Coordinators were recognized for their tireless efforts to serve the elders.

Mr. S K Joshi congratulated and thanked each caregiver for doing a phenomenal job in their contribution to helping the senior citizens as proxies for their sons and daughters, and taking care of them like a family. He highlighted that considering the rapid shift of dynamics into nuclear families, many old citizens are being left alone and face several challenges in leading a normal life. The 3600 solutions by Anvayaa to the elders would help seniors live a dignified and independent life, even when their family is not around. He applauded the teamwork and coordinated effort by Anvayaa to provide assistance to the elders enabling them to lead a happy and prosperous life in their twilight years.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Prashanth Reddy, Founder, Anvayaa Kin Care Pvt Ltd said, “We signed the first elder for the services by Anvayaa in Sep 2016 and moved on significantly to have operations in 7 cities and servicing over 6000 customers across locations through a network of over 250 trained partners. We have learned continuously and evolved our services and the technology platform, to provide better care, comfort, and convenience to the elders and their families. We are strongly driven by our values of transparency, empathy, honesty & patience which is why we are able to have a user stickiness of 90%. Our emergency response system ensures an average response time of 3 minutes and has helped save 97% lives of the 350+ emergency calls addressed by Anvayaa in the last 6 years.”

 

Talking about the way forward he added,” We introduced AI-enabled Anvayaa’s Dementia Care plan in March, with a well-researched algorithm to take care of elders with Dementia. Our cognitive stimulation and interventions have received a very good response and have shown positive results in the patients. This should play an important role in acquiring customers from a relatively underserved area for eldercare. As we embark on the next phase of our journey, we will now venture into lifestyle disease management, building clubs and communities for elders, leisure/travel, and more as we move further towards our mission to make our cities & country senior citizens friendly. We will also look at introducing tech-enabled innovative products and solutions in the eldercare space to help achieve our objective. In this FY 22-23, we will expand our reach to at least 25+ cities covering all the top tier-1 cities and plan to start our explanation up north. By 2025 we aim to gain the trust of over 1 Lakh families.”

·   Emergency Care Assistance: Over the past 6 years Anvayaa has handled over 350+ medical emergencies and provided immediate logistic support to the elderly to get access to healthcare in time as a result of which Anvayaa was able to save 97% of lives.

·  Have operations in 7 cities: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Visakhapatnam, Mumbai and Pune.
